When I started this blog, it was mainly to record my journey through motherhood for Rina and, later on, for Béatrice. Over the years, I have talked about many topics on here, just so the girls know what my interests are, who I am, what I’m like as a person and a mother. Never, in a million years, did I expect people other than my family to read the blog.
The amount of support I have been showed for my progress update has been incredible. Kind words of encouragement from friends, relatives and strangers have poured in and it is truly moving. Some have followed me from the beginning, some are new to the blog, but I would like to thank all of you for your outpour of kind words. It touches me more than you will ever know.
It is also nice to know that not only some of my coaches are reading, but they are also supporting me through every step of the way:

Yesterday, my in-laws flew into town to be with their kids and grandkids for the holidays. I opened the door to have them exclaimed:
Look at you! You’ve shrunk! (my MIL)
Holy sh**! There’s half of you left! (my FIL)
Ha! Best reaction ever to me opening the door!
I am humbled by the show of support, the encouraging words and the love that has come my way since yesterday. This Smitten Kitten is proud as punch and I’m glad to be able to share my successes and failures with you all. Thank you all for being with me in this journey through health and finding myself, from the bottom of my heart!
