About BabyMama

I was born and raised in the suburb of Montreal, QC (Canada) where I grew up speaking French. I became fully bilingual (although, I keep a bit of my French accent at times!) in my 20’s. Babydaddy and I  met on the internet in 2007 and we’ve been together ever since. We got engaged in Nassau in 2008, just before beginning a life-changing road trip across the country. A job opportunity for Babydaddy opened up in Victoria, BC (still in Canada!) and we decided to take this show on the road! Babydaddy and I got married in Mexico in 2010. It was  a small and intimate ceremony, fitting both the bride and groom’s desire. The bride was barefoot and pregnant on the beach on her wedding day, expecting the couple’s now infamous Bédaine / Monkey aka Rina! We have now also added the lovely Béatrice (aka BeZU) to our wonderful family, exactly 2 years after the arrival of Rina! I recently started Crossfit and although I’m not very good at it, I really love the workouts!

Who am I? I’m a mom, a wife, a nurse and a Crossfit enthusiast amongst other things. I love hiking, reality TV, reading, crochet and knitting. I don’t pretend to be the best at any of the aforementioned things, but I always give my best in everything I do!
